HISTORY;
Alliance Appliance is an Albuquerque based Home Appliance Service Company, family owned and operated by Steve Haydu since 1980. It all began in the family’s garage and by 1985 had grown to a small warehouse and office located on McLeod NE, with son Steven Haydu III joining the business. The company continued to grow and so did the paperwork and a fast-paced work load resulting in daughter, Jackie Haydu, joining the team in 1990. The need for an even larger facility soon became a reality as the business continued to expand. By 1992, the company had moved to its present location in the Journal Center at 4121-A Ellison NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
Alliance Appliance has been Whirlpool Corporation “certified” for warranty work since 1982, with technicians trained on all of the Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, Roper, Estate, Crosley, Magic Chef, and Kirkland Brands, as well as Dacor and later models of Maytag, Jenn Air, and Amana products.
Alliance Appliance works throughout the Albuquerque area with Home Warranty Companies, Rental Management Companies, Angie’s List, and various other agencies requesting in-warranty and out-of-warranty service.
